When we accept truth, we feel healthier.
Truth sets us free.
Free from emotional sickness.
Free from physical sickness.

Anger must be put somewhere, it needs to go, it needs to be released. How we release or hide it determines what the anger does to us and to others. If we project our inner anger on others we ruin relationships. If we keep the anger inside of us, we ruin ourselves. Anger must be released, but released the right way. The right way can be different for each person, but done correctly it cannot be released or projected onto others and it cannot be bottled inside of us.
Everything is connected. We are part of the whole and the whole is inside of us as well. Harmony is felt when our actions help the whole and help us as individuals simultaneously.
While not required, love is proven each day by the actions you take and the feelings you inspire in others.
Thank you Emilie for always proving your love everyday – Happy Birthday!

Following a process often works.
Processes are a set way to perform certain actions.
Following a system always works.
Systems are flexible and can include various processes that can be adjusted.
Systems are foundational guidelines that allow for adaptibility while still keeping the end goal the focal point.
What we achieve is based on what we actually believe.
Our beliefs are proven every day with our actions.
In service, truth is realized.
Discord is created when you infringe on the personal peace of another. That includes time, space, belongings, feelings, thoughts, emotions, and relationships. To overcome this we must forget outrselves and let go. Letting go is the deliberate act of not letting the infringement of others cause its natural reaction. Letting go of the offense allows us to hold on to peace.
You can feel the hate. When people hate you, you feel the anger and vitriol. Often it comes from folks who are playing victim. Our job is to rise above. As the strong, we still must practice empathy, then ignore the rest and move on.
