Follow the ones who have done what you want to do.
Follow the ones who have been where you want to go.
Don’t listen to the others.

Follow the ones who have done what you want to do.
Follow the ones who have been where you want to go.
Don’t listen to the others.
Act out of love, not fear. Sometimes, all it takes is a willingness to not adapt to what others want from you. When you can act with courage without thinking about the opinions of others, then you know you are able to be your true self and help others. Acting out of love lets us forget our fears.
Just like gravity, “the lie” is always there, always working.
The lie is that you are not enough.
The truth is that you are enough.
Make sure the truth works harder than the lie.
Terrible ideas and words create terrible actions.
Watch your thoughts and speech so you don’t have to watch your actions.
If we are content we are more resilient. If are content we become more generous. Gaining contentment is good for us, but also good for everyone around us as well.
The more we think about what others are going through, or try to think about others’ situations and feelings, the better we become and serving, leading, and helping. The more we can lead, the more we can influence.
Responsibility gives you authority – not rank, not seniority, not strength. The more responsibility you have the more impact you have.
Assumptions are needed and vital for growth.
Wrong assumptions don’t just hurt you today, but they often erase years of effort.
Every social structure ever created is fragile, is brittle, and is weak. It has perceived strength, but can be broken in an instant. All it takes is for good people to act with courage and do the right thing and every social structure that is bad will break or if it is good, it will grow stronger. The opposite is also true. If the bad intentions and selfish actions are the norms, then good structures will evaporate and bad ones will rise. Perception is everything. We see what we do – individually and as a group.
Thinking about yesterday stops our growth today and limits our potential tomorrow.
