As we work toward tomorrow, we cannot forget to live for today. 

The more we understand, 

the less we fear.

good faith, 

good focus, 

make it better. 

Life is only as complex as you make it. 

What we perceive to be true, is what we create in our minds, and that is how our life is made. 

 

If you have rules, but don’t follow them, then they are not rules. 

If you make commitments, but don’t honor them, they are not commitments. 

If you have beliefs, but don’t support them with actions, they are not beliefs. 

Speak your heart, but control your mind. 

Sometimes, 

all we need, 

is someone to see us. 

We can all choose to see those around us.

Navigate effectively the situations they are in but didn’t create,

Be grateful amidst the expectations of greater things,   

Focus on their purpose no matter the distractions, 

Show compassion even when in personal turmoil, 

Give kindness without expectations of return, 

Are living a full life of meaning and contentment. 

Resisting reality is an easy path towards feeling unsettled, anxious, and depressed.

Accept reality, embrace reality, and then do the work to make reality work in your favor. 

Courage is often started and then fueled by true commitment. Once a real commitment is made, it becomes easier to do the right thing while at the same time many previously unconnected aspects will fall into place. Many obstacles will be removed, and your commitment becomes manifested reality.
