Feel Shame Less

Shame is usually the lack of two fundamental skills:

  1. The ability to effectively process embarrassment.
  2. The courage to ignore the judgment of others.

Shame is not guilt. 

Shame comes from how we feel about ourselves in relation to expectations we have internalized.

To feel shame less make sure your actions align with your values, learn to be embarrassed, and stop worrying about the judgement of others.
