Weakness doesn’t equal illness.
Lack of resilience is weakness of fortitude.
Lack of integrity is weakness of character.
Lack of effort is weakness of personality.
Lack of compassion is weakness of heart.

Be sorry.
Don’t tell me what you are doing.
Do it.
Don’t explain.
Fix it.

If what we are pursuing doesn’t bring peace, adjust.
As we stop and adjust we are now free to find better ways to get what we need and want.

The stronger the mind, the less outside events influence our thoughts.
The stronger the mind, the more we crave truth.
The stronger the mind, the less control we need.
The stronger the mind, the more compassion we show.
The stronger the mind, the less other people’s opinions matter.
The stronger the mind, the more faith we accept.
