The highest form of living is feeling grateful at all times. 

When something good happens, be thankful, not critical. 

When something good happens, be happy, not negative. 

There are always two-sides to every event, every story, every situation — we always see (and FEEL) what we we want to see and want to feel. (consciously or often, not) 

Our lives are created by what we look for. 

The objects around us, influence us. Those inanimate items directly steer us on our journey. While we think we own them, the more we are around them, the more they own us. 

Principles guide creation. 

Systems direct outcomes. 

Processes guide exact results. 

Focus on principles and everything becomes easier. 

Victory should be the focus. We gain victory by overcoming. We gain victory by winning. We gain victory by continuing. We gain victory by enduring. We gain victory by adapting. In the end, survival is victory. Victory takes courage. So victory is always the goal. 

The people we spend time around shape us. The more we spend time around the people we want to become like, the more like them become. As we focus on growth, and serving, and learning, and helping, the people we spend time with also focus on the same things; either because they are becoming like us or we are becoming like them. 

Knowledge curated is useful when referenced, shared, and applied. 

When everything else fails, serving others works. 

When you are tired, thinking about others gives you energy. 

When you are sad, focusing on the needs of others uplifts both people. 

When you are backed up against the wall, helping others opens new opportunities. 

The waves of fear, sorrow, grief, and pain will never end. 

But courage is what allows us to navigate around, through, and over them. 

Some people are honest, trust it, trust what they do. 

Some people lie to you, trust it, trust what they do. 

We don’t need to trust words, but trusting actions always works.
