Truth can be found if we honestly search for it. 
Truth is found only when the heart and mind are willing to accept new ideas. 

When it is easy at first, you know it will have to be hard later. 

Complaining is easy…

Negativity is easy…

Blaming is easy… 

…until it is not.

In the long run complaining, being negative, and blaming others makes your life so much harder.

As we assume to know, we create imagined expectations. 

Those expecations turn into our own personal reality. 

When that reality gets shattered, like it always does, that is when we need to find humilty in order to admit and then let go of our assumptions so we can start over, start fresh and do so from a clean and open perspective. 

Smart isn’t doing everything all at once,

smart is doing what needs to be done at the right time. 

Arrogant folks always find a reason to be offended. 

Small-minded people seem to see the worst in anyone with a different perspective. 

Hypocrites easily find ways to make themselves (and thier tribe) the victims, at all costs. 

It is never all or nothing. If someone says it is, they are lying or their agenda has brainwashed them. 

There are always options, always multiple perspectives that can change things.

Connect more.

Listen more.

Be more. 

Kindness always comes back. Kindness is not 1 for 1. It multiplies. It always comes back stronger than how you gave it, just not always in the ways you want or expect. 

The best leaders teach. The best leaders are people who increase the ability, performance, results, and enegry of the people they come in contact with. The better encouragement you provide, the better everyone around you does. The better you teach, the better everyone around you does. Leaders make everyone better. 

We were designed to be part of a community. We all need to be included. We wall want to be part of something. Listening to others, helps us find out what we also need.

There is always more to learn, ways to improve, people that can help you and people that you can help.
