Taking offense is easy.
Being offended is hard work.
…the easiest though? Never get offended…

Compassion is important.
The compassion we have for ourselves, the more compassion we can show to others.

Happy Birthday Tina! Thanks for caring so much.
Caring more about the right things and people is never is wrong.
Caring about the wrong thing always hurts.
But, keep caring, because:
Caring about the right things…
Caring about the right people…
Will always pay off, will always be worth it, will always bring fulfillment.
Victory is found when education, opportunity, and resilience decide to work in harmony.
This is not a short-term formula. Yet, that decision is always ours in the long-term.
Giving up is always an option.
It is always the wrong option.
So if you want to show courage, then giving up is not an option.
Change course, adjust your plan, refocus, work harder – do what it takes, but don’t give up.
Once you know “what”, then you need to learn “why”.
What you believe is important. Why you believe it is just as important.
What you care about is important. Why you care is just as important.
What you are passionate about is important. Why you are passionate is just as important.
What your customers, friends, and family want and need is important. The “WHY” is just as important.
There are always outside influences, and those variables can change everything.
Sacrifice is like confidence. When used wisely and with the right intent can be extremely powerful and transformative. When done or applied wrong it has the power to corrupt, to be wasted, and to hurt others.
Courage is doing the right thing when the crushing terror slams down.
Courage is doing the right thing when in drowning in sadness.
Courage is doing the right thing when it hurts too much to breathe.
Courage is doing the right thing in the face of fear, grief, or pain.
Courage is NOT taking action without thought, or plan, or strategy. Courage is doing the right thing, often that takes careful negotiation (with others, with yourself), systematic planning, and forward thinking in order to make the action worthwhile and therefore becoming courage.
Investing in relationships always pays off, eventually. Be patient. Be kind. Think about others.
