Addictions artificially fill voids. 

Connections build lasting bridges over the voids. 

 

Fulfilling duties and obligations is the highest form of justice. 

The execution of moral contracts on the basis of social relationships is true justice. 

Modern definitions of bravery and courage confuse the two and disrespect the historical meanings. 

Brave is being bold (bravo). Courage stems from the heart. 

All courage is brave.

Not all bravery is courageous. 

Bravery is acting when afraid, facing danger or pain. 

Courage is doing the right thing (taking proper action) in the face of fear, grief, or pain.

Your heart knows what is right. 

 

 

When you have no limits, you will always need to re-evaluate your position. 

Standards and limits allow you to be free, to know where you are, and to know what to do next. 

As the mind grapples with competing priorities, the heart knows what is needed. 

Align the mind to listen to the heart, and when they are in agreement, peace is found. 

Once you learn the basics, keep doing no matter what. 

Once you learn the advanced skills, stop, pivot, and do it for others.
