Hardwork doesn’t equal perfection. Perfection is a choice and does take hard work, but is not gauranteed. The only way to pursue perfection is to pursue constant improvement. As we search, do, evaluate, and red-do we can take steps everyday that help us get better and better.
They will talk, if you let them. If given the chance, people will always talk about themselves, let them. The more they talk, the more they will trust you.
Creating problems to be the hero is a cowards apporach.
Prevent problems, that is what real heroes do.
All successful communication goes back and forth, there are no one-way streets. Both sides listen, both sides share, everyone works to understand the other.
Generousity is proven in what you share, how often you share, and sharing more than expected.

If you want to help someone, prepare first by desiring to understand.

If you want to help someone, label them as they could be and not as they currently are.
If we are asked a question, respond accurately and quickly. The more we hide, the more trust we erode.
Great experiences are when expecations are met or exceeded. Manage the expectations and the results will be much easier to produce.
