The faster you start, the more you can do.
The sooner you begin, the better you feel.

The faster you start, the more you can do.
The sooner you begin, the better you feel.
As long as we help others keep getting back, we ourselves will also be rising with them.
Words are tools. I have learned this the hard way too many times. Just like the right tool makes your job easier, the right word(s) makes your relationships easier.
Reading works, but not as well…
Observing works, but not as well…
Watching a movie works, but not as well…
The best way to truly understand someone is to talk with them.
What we focus on becomes our only objective. Our objectives become the lense to which we see everything. If we have a narrow focus, we will get narrow results. Sometimes that is needed and wanted. Othertimes, we need a broader approach. Just like a camera lense, our focus can be adjusted as needed.
People who help others enough, have a hard time noticing what is lacking.
When rejected, you learn…
You learn about yourself.
You learn about the person who rejected you.
Personal rejection is a great teacher. But, not always.
If you learn and what you learn is 100% determined by your response to the rejection.
Anger, sadness, and regret don’t allow you to learn well or fast.
Acceptance, awareness, and courage allow you to find peace and learn everything you need to know.
True love is an approach and method, not a result.
True love is easy.
True love is simple.
If it is hard or complex, fix yourself or change the situation until it is becomes true love.
No one can shame you, they can create an environment for shame to be felt, but we always have to accept and internalize it ourselves. Shame is felt only if you embrace what others tell you and decide to feel shame. Create your own perspective, decide your own opinion, and you will never feel shame.
If you can control what is actually uncontrollable you are lying.
If you can control what others think is uncontrollable, you are a genius, a master, a savant.
