The best leaders help others find their way. Helping others includes giving them a path, a map, some direction. Showing the way is important, lighting the way forward is always needed. If if you truly want to help, show others not only where to go but how to get there too.
Stay Close To What You Want
Your proximity is your destiny.
Stay close to what you value, for we all become that which we admire and spend time with.
Already Known
You already believe. Sometimes we just need to allow our faith space to grow. We know there is truth. We know there is God. We just need to feel it and act on the feeling.
More Examples Please
The truest form of leadership is example.
Faith Guides Us
All of our visible results, all of our outcomes are based on what happens inside us first. It is faith that enables action before the results are actually known.
The Best Sales Reps Are Just Plain Lucky
Most successful sales reps are just lucky.
Most successful sales teams are just lucky.
They are lucky because they seem to work the hardest.
They are lucky because they seem to be the go-to experts.
They are lucky because they seem to have the best solutions.
They are lucky because they seem to know how to help their clients.
They are lucky because they seem to have the best coaches and managers.
Sales takes luck.
Luck takes courage. Courage is doing the right thing at the right time, for the right reasons – no matter the fear, pain, or grief you face.
Luck is created.
To get lucky, set goals.
To get lucky, work hard.
To get lucky, help others.
To get lucky, study more.
To get lucky, keep moving.
To get lucky, become an expert.
To get lucky, focus on serving others.
To get lucky, change your environment.
To get lucky, practice, practice, practice.
To get lucky, be grateful and show appreciation.
To get lucky, surround yourself with a great team.
To get lucky, create emotional awareness and empathy.
To get lucky, never quit.

New Ways To View Things
Creativity is about seeing issues, challenges, and situations from new perspectives. Creativity means you value the idea that there are new ways to see the same scene. Creativity is driven by curiosity and a desire to do more.
Passive, Aggressive, Assertive
Passive = always losing (timid)
Aggressive = ruining relationships (jerk)
Assertive = winning with strong relationships (leader)
Learn the difference between the three, focus on being assertive, and stay away from the worst combination of all: passive-aggressive.
Environmental Support
Our environments create us. We can change, we can adapt, but the easy path is to allow our environments to win. So, change your environment and them making any other change becomes easier. If we want to succeed, create an environment where success is most likely to happen. Find out the variables and create the best possible environment for optimal performance.
Real Issues
When you know the real issue, you can then find ways to solve it. Until then, everything is just superficial. Listen, ask more questions, dig deeper. Learn more so you can help more.
