Loyalty is proven with support.

Loyalty doesn’t need to be proven, but is every day. 

When those around you are sinking, they need support not advice. 

When those around you are falling, they need support not advice. 

Eventually, advice is good, but not until those around you are stable. 

Support first. 

Encourage second. 

Advise last. 

Good Leaders make the tough decisions easy. 

Bad leaders make the tough decisions hard. 

Loving others is almost impossible until you love yourself. 

Loving yourself has nothing to do with others, and that is what makes it hard to do.

Loving yourself is hard, but once you do, loving others is easy. 

Some people will hurt you.

Some people will hate you. 

Some people don’t matter. 

Only your people matter. 

Choose your people and forget the rest. 

Embracing what is,

Embracing what is to come, 

and Embracing what could be,

is the mindset that sets us free. 

Once this truth becomes real to us, confidence increases:

No one is better than you,

You are better than no one.

Accomplishment depends on the action we take. 

Relationships are built by support, trust, and action – not guilt. 

Guilt kills but encouragement builds. 

When someone leaves, it is about them. 

When someone stays, it is about them. 

The more we make it about us, the more painful it becomes. 

Worrying will never change the future. 

Regret will never change the past. 

Action and gratitude will always change the present.
