Most people say what needs to be said so they feel better, not what is true. 

The projection is what they see.

The projection is also what they feel. Projection determines other’s perception.

What you project shows and determines how others feel, about themselves and about you. Project the right ideas and emotions and you can drive the right behavior.

Once you set your ego aside, the natural selfish desire to be known, in charge, respected, and recognized, then you can accomplish your actual potential.

Competency is only half the battle. Others have to know you are competent and believe you will continue to be. This is why some people have opportunities and succeed and others seem to just be on the outside every time. Competence is needed, but so is trust and trust only comes after familiarity. 

Ideas are easy. 

Building is hard. 

Build more and you will always create more value, for you and for others. 

 

Diligence is always more important than intelligence. 

Intelligent people can find success during the easy parts of life, pretty easily. 

Diligent people can succeed in all situations, and especially shine when life is hard. 

While actions speak louder than words in general, words, for some reason carry more weight when negative and critical. 

If you can apply what you know to be true, daily, you will always be in alignment and feel peace. 

We feel unfulfilled when we do not do what we know we should and are capable of based on the knowledge and faith we possess. 

When you truly believe in people, they will do anything for you. True belief has always been shown and proven through action.

In the end, the right technology will always be more productive than endless human labor. Especially when the technology in turn maximizes the efficiencies of the humans. Focus on solving problems with technology and you will find better solutions to non-human problems so you can devote more time to solving human-only challenges, like: fear, faith, courage, kindness, and compassion.
