Process For Change

When we have fear, or false ideas, or are thinking wrong it doesn’t help to deny those feelings or ideas.

Instead:

Accept – accept what you are thinking and feeling.

Name – name and label the thoughts. You are not the feelings, but you are experiencing them.

State New Intention  Рdecide what you want to think and feel and express the new thoughts in your mind by writing them down or saying them outloud.

Change Behavior – once you restate your experience, you can act on the new information. Nothing is real until you take action.
