Attempting to judge the potential of a person by what you see at first glance is like measuring the size of mountain with toothpick. With proper experience you can get pretty close, but you will never be 100% correct, and the chance to be very wrong is extremely high. 

When not aligned, everything burns. 

When a defined purpose is not shared, no relationship is safe.

Common goals, shared principles, and uniform values enable successful relationships. 

Every thought, matters. 

Every action, matters. 

Every word, matters. 

Every look, matters.

Every thing you do, matters. 

Nothing works instantly.

Everything instant, took a lot of work to seem that way. 

If something works well and fast, it took time to make it that way. 

True growth that leads to enlightenment is found when as we endure with hope the most painful challenges. 

Even when the body is weak, the soul and mind can and should be strong. 

A fortified soul can overcome a vulnerable body. 

A sturdy mind can overcome a fragile body.
