Push Yourself

If we have to rely on other people pushing us, we will never fulfill our potential.

We need to push ourselves…

  • Push past our mental barriers.
  • Push past our emotional blocks.
  • Push ourselves outside of our comfort zone. 

Internal pushing works, external pushing doesn’t. 

Thinking Wrong

The easiest and fastest path to anxiety is wrong thinking. When we think about stuff we cannot control we engage in wrong thinking. We hurt ourselves the more we worry about things that we cannot control.
