Sustained growth is always better than spiked growth. 

Sudden growth is exciting – and then deflating. 

Sustained growth is fulfilling and sustaining. 

Your destiny will never be reached if you are walking along the wrong road, the wrong road is anyone’s road but your own. Find your road, create yourself by “BEing” yourself. 

The space or distance between your reality and your dreams is a combination of time and commitment. 

Fix your commitment and everything else will take care of itself. 

That price of trust must be paid daily. Trust: You have to earn and re-earn it everyday. 

We remember how it started, and we remember how it ended… the middle is often forgotten. 

When serving/leading/helping others, make sure the experience always ends well, that is what will be remembered. 

Sacrifice and success are measured the same way, they are measured in hearts touched, not the “thanks” received.

While attention may be divided, or fleeting, or unfocused – your priorities, your true needs are always top of mind and determine the actions you take. 

If something controls your time, it owns you. 

If someone controls your time, they own you. 

Agency is about control, self-control.
