Regret is pain. Regret causes more pain.
Be grateful for what you have,
and for what you had,
and for what you did.
Gratitude for the past and the present and the future is what ignites contentment and fights sadness, and depression.
Never worry about what you should have done, or should be, or what could have been.
Worry doesn’t work. Worry causes fear and can cause regret and pain.
Rather, be grateful, feel grateful, show gratitude, and embrace the present.
When we embrace our current situation while still working toward our goals, we will always feel better.
