While we know we are supposed to doubt our doubts, the next level is to question our questions. 

Asking more questions is good. 

Asking the right question is better. 

Question your questions in order to find the right ones that will drive the most positive change. 

Most of the beliefs that limit our growth are false. There is no evidence to prove them right, but lots of evidence to prove them wrong. The problem is, it is easier to believe negative limiting lies than empowering truths. Focus on truth in order improve your life. 

To some, the mind (not the brain) is not real. It does not exist. This belief is false. While the mind is non-localized energy, it is real and directs everything. 

Anxiety is a battle against yourself. It is when your mind and your heart have a fight. 

Our current responses to external stimulus

are always controlled by our

existing expectations, perspectives,

and perceptions. 

Everything costs something. Some things cost more than others… 

Learning has a cost, not knowing costs more. 

Gaining a skill has a cost, not having any skills costs more. 

Trust has a cost, bad relationships cost more. 

Hard has a cost: Effort Now 

Easy has a cost: More Effort Later 

We always have to pay.

It is better to decide what you are getting and choosing what, when and how much you pay. 

 

Most problems that we worry about are imagined.

If we use our imagination for growth, for possibilities, and for creativity we will have a great life. 

If we use our imagination to make up fake challenges and non-existent difficulties our life will always be stressful. 

Serving others is how we finally fully realize who we are. 

As we do the right thing, by answering the call to rise above our fear, we gain courage.
